P.S. And vice versa. If the site/mash-up/whatever is primarily for Dutch people, who use Bol anyway, Amazon will be a good addition, but not having Bol integration can be disastrous.

So answer for what to choose depends on for whom you choose it. Targeting decides it all.

Hmm.
It may actually add some value to your site/mash-up/whatever if you have both integrated while others don't have it (for example in "original KLNL style": search results Amazon + search results Bol = unified presentation with icon Bol/Amazon). But value for Dutch users only, as anyone outside will hardly prefer Bol over Amazon (I don't even see English version on Bol).
Looks like Amazon wins here unless you target mostly Dutch auditory.

Fortunately we were able to arrange his papers to be arranged, by having somebody bring the "correct amount of feedback" to the embassy. Andry left only one week later than planned (but still a lot of costs because of canceling his flight and booking a new one), but.... just within the time before his visa to expire.

I would like to tell this is just a bad luck.. but I can't.
Ukraine is not a kind of a country where you can expect any good service from state/government establishments.
Pity that this happened to Andriy. I hope everything will be ok, he just needs now to push hard on them.

Recently I have seen once again example of a good service that NL embassy provides here in UA. One friend of mine needed to open visa to visit NL to see his friends there. The time frame for him was tight and they told that it is hardly possible to arrange everything like he wanted. But next week everything appeared to be ready and I think this is because of people working in NL embassy are really working the work opposite to those working in different UA embassies all round the world.

This doesn't work for teams/companies where inner atmosphere is not very friendly and not everyone is willing to share knowledge (for example because of too much competition between teem members or for some other reasons) or just has time to do it. But in teams where you can ask for help and you know you're likely to have it the ~15 to ~45 (depending on situation details, like how busy your colleagues are) minutes limit for "head-wall-banging" is just a common sense.
